Philip morris works in sound. He has worked as a sound engineer and producer on diverse projects that were both commercially significant and works of interest to very specific niche audiences. He went on to work in television, film and radio production where he began his interest in foley art and found-sound/field recording, editing and mixing.

He performs regularly under different names such as ezdac and sciolist in order to draw a clear distinction between his different foci of the performance.

He has exhibited numerous sound and multimedia installation either alone or as a memeber of various collectives. His current focus is on sound installations that are designed with the space, location and specific audience at the core of the very concept from its incepception.

He has worked in Dublin London and Barcelona. He is currently based in Berlin.
